Check in will begin on Saturday July 22 at 9:30 am. We will be done for the day at 3:00 pm. Lunch will be provided to all who are present.

All volunteers will be supplied with all materials, scripts, and or supplies required to complete the project. If you have a desire to work outside the given curriculum, that is certainly fine with us. But we value your time and energy and will have everything you need. All we need is your willing spirit to make this day a success.

We will need as many as possible to stay after the day is complete to help monitor the activity time until 3:00.

As always, there is always a need to help with painting, back drops, set design/set up, and room decorations. Let us know if you can help in this area and we will make sure you have something to do.
